Qualifying adults are those between the ages of 18-65. We specialize in high functioning individuals who are struggling with balancing the burdens of life or navigating difficult life transitions, those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or substance use. We provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment and referral to aid you during your health and wellness journey.
At Lotus, we are dedicated to promoting mental wellness to all adolescents between the ages of 13-18. Pressure, social media, academic stress, identity questions, depression, anxiety, and substance use are our areas of expertise. Adolescents can experience big feelings about all of these issues that don't always make sense. This is a time of rapid growth and often when emotional and behavioral challenges appear. Contact us today for an assessment. We will work with your child and your family to help identify barriers to success and provide coping strategies to aid in building your child's and your family's collective resiliency.
We have been trained to utilize multiple treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Integrating traditional psychotherapy techniques and holistic practices such as mindfulness and meditation, also provides a unique healing and growth intervention for each client.

Many of the individuals Marci works with are highly capable, compassionate, and deeply committed to caring for others. From the outside, they often appear to have everything together, yet internally they may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about how to create a life that feels balanced and fulfilling.
Marci's approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based practices. Together, you will identify the patterns and barriers that may be keeping you stuck while building on your existing strengths to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, motivation, and self-compassion.
Marci specialize in working with high-functioning adults, individuals navigating life transitions, adult children of alcoholics or emotionally immature parents, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, or chronic stress. Her goal is to help you move beyond simply managing life and toward creating a life that aligns with your values and brings a greater sense of purpose and well-being.
