We are seeking an Independently Licensed NH or Maine Clinician (W-2 employee) to join our growing practice. This role offers autonomy in clinical work while providing strong administrative and operational support. Caseload expectation is between 15-18 clients per week with room to expand.
part-time opportunities are available with the potential to transition to full time.
We offer a transparent, compliant, and supportive compensation model:
Clinical Compensation – 60/40 Split
Payment Schedule:
Hourly Administrative Pay
In addition to clinical compensation, clinicians are paid hourly for required non-client administrative duties to ensure compliance with wage-and-hour laws.
This includes required meetings, trainings, and designated administrative tasks.
