We are seeking an Independently Licensed NH or Maine Clinician (W-2 employee) to join our growing practice. This role offers autonomy in clinical work while providing strong administrative and operational support. Caseload expectation is between 15-18 clients per week with room to expand. 

part-time opportunities are available with the potential to transition to full time.

• Active, unrestricted independent licensure in the State of New Hampshire or Maine (e.g., LCMHC, LICSW, LADC, LMFT, Psychologist, LCSW etc)
   
• Maintain required continuing education for licensure
   
• Carry professional liability insurance
   
• Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
   
• Strong documentation and communication skills
   

We offer a transparent, compliant, and supportive compensation model:

 Clinical Compensation – 60/40 Split

• Clinicians receive 60% of net revenue from completed and successfully billed sessions.
   
• The Practice retains 40% to cover operational expenses.

Payment Schedule:

• Paid bi-weekly

Hourly Administrative Pay

In addition to clinical compensation, clinicians are paid hourly for required non-client administrative duties to ensure compliance with wage-and-hour laws.

This includes required meetings, trainings, and designated administrative tasks.
